FP7 PICTURE project aims to bring together the European and EECA knowledge in the field of 
"Components, Computing Systems and Networks" to give a joint response to global challenges. 

INARMERA-ICT aims at identifying cooperation perspectives in ICT research priority areas 
by close collaboration between EU and Armenia scientists through the development of a set of Pilot Projects.

The Workshop's objectives are:

1. Meeting of EU-EaP Experts in "Components, Computing Systems and Networks".

2. Public presentation of INARMERA-ICT current set of Pilot Projects.

3. Clarifying common research priorities and identifying example potential joint activities 
    for future cooperation between the European Technology Platforms (ETPs) and the relevant EECA structures.
