Workshops:
The Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems announces the Workshop on “MathAI Artificial Intelligence toward Space and Time”, dedicated to advancing fundamental and applied research in Artificial Intelligence and fostering international scientific collaboration. The workshop is organized in frame of the International State Scientific Program in name of academician Victor Ambartsumian.
The workshop is organized around three thematic pillars
- AI Foresight – strategic analyses and future directions of AI development
- AI Factory – AI technologies, systems, and applications
- MathAI – mathematical foundations of AI, learning, reasoning, and generation
Topics of Interest (include, but are not limited to)
- Mathematical foundations of Artificial Intelligence
- Machine learning and data analytics
- Symbolic AI, logic, and reasoning
- AI in space, time, and complex systems
- AI foresight, ethics, and societal impact
- AI platforms, infrastructures, and applications
- Interdisciplinary approaches to AI

- Abstracts submission (1 page): April 15, 2026
- Notifications to authors: May 15, 2026 (electronic publication)
- Full paper submission deadline: June 30, 2026

Selected full papers presented at the workshop will be considered for publication in a Special Issue of the Springer journals Operations Research Forum and Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis
